Winter Portuguese tradition, Margarida Paim, EBI Praia da Vitória

Bolo Rei is a Portuguese tradition. This cake is normally eaten on Kings Day, January 6th. The tradition has undergone some changes but the bolo rei is always present on the Portuguese table.
