Bolo Rei is a Portuguese tradition. This cake is normally eaten on Kings Day, January 6th. The tradition has undergone some changes but the bolo rei is always present on the Portuguese table.
The project covers the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter and all the specific elements related to weather conditions, changes in nature and seasonal activities of people and their specific holidays. Children will be able to: -To share different aspects of the seasons of the country in which they live and the holidays specific to each season - To develop empathy for nature and its beauty in different seasons; -To create characteristic products for the 4 seasons; - Share their vision of nature, creativity and imagination with other children The project will be completed with a portfolio of images, created by partners, e-books, acrostic poems and videos with collaborative activities.
